Design Proposal
With a clear understanding of your project objectives, we are able to provide a comprehensive proposal outlining the design and development process, proposed time-frame, and deliverables.
We want to ensure you know exactly what to expect at every step of the way so that there are no surprises.
Market Research and Ideation
We start by taking a look at the competition to see what products your design will be competing with. In this way we can ensure your product will incorporate value added design that sets it apart from the competition.
With a clear understanding of market trends and with your project goals in mind, we are able to brainstorm innovative product features and design elements that will ensure your product stands out against the competition.
Concept Design
During this phase we put our creative minds to work to conceptualize your new product design. This is a very collaborative stage and we work closely with our clients to get their input and feedback to ensure the project is headed in the right direction.
Your satisfaction is our top priority so we continue with revisions until a final Design Concept is approved.
CAD Design and Development
Once a design direction has been approved, we begin the process of turning that idea into reality! This involves developing CAD models which are fully detailed for prototyping and manufacturing.
During this phase we schedule regular progress meetings and provide photo-realistic renderings that will show you exactly what your new product will look like.
Rapid Prototyping
Once the design has been created and approved, we recommend that a prototype be made which can be used for testing, presentations, or for highlighting any features that should be revised.
Using a network of manufacturers and prototype shops we are able to have your product fabricated in the exact materials the final product will be made in. This results in a prototype that not only looks like the final product but actually functions exactly as the final product would.
Manufacturing
After all aspects of the design have been approved, we are able to facilitate the manufacturing of your product though an extensive list of manufacturers we have worked with in the past, or with a manufacturer of your choice.
We send the manufacturer all the necessary information and files they require for putting together a quote for the cost of manufacturing your product, and ensure that there are no details that are overlooked.
Promotional Material
We also offer marketing and promotional material. This includes graphic design for presentations, logo and branding design, as well as 3D animations.
If you are pitching your product to potential investors, we can also give you guidance and make suggestions as to how to make your presentation the most effective.
